Update on Christmas Cards

The Holiday Season is rapidly approaching. We only have 12 more weeks until Christmas! I have uploaded samples of all of the Christmas Cards that I will be offering for the 2008 Holiday Season to the Smugmug site. I am excited to be able to offer this beautiful line of cards to my clients!

Minimal changes may be made to the wording on the cards, if you choose. The cards may only be ordered in sets of 25, envelopes are included. There are three options of cards available for you to choose from; flat 5x7 (most of them are this style), folded 5x7 (A1, G2, Carswell for web and D2) and a 5x5 tri-fold (the last 6 images make up the trifold). Here is the link to check out all of them: http://erinkayphotography.smugmug.com/gallery/6164011_r96PW//388438713_kUozx

*All Christmas card orders must be placed NO LATER THAN Sunday November 23. Payment is due before order is placed. If you have any questions, please ask me and we can work together to create your very own customized card. All cards are press printed. The back of each card matches the color on the front and is solid. When you choose your card, I will send a sample to you via email and I will include the backing for you to view before ordering.

If you have already had a session with me than you are welcome to use a photo from a previous session. Otherwise, I do have a few sessions open at the end of November (11/15, 11/22 and 11/23). Please let me know if you are interested in one of those dates.

I look forward to working with you this holiday season!

Holiday Sessions and Christmas Cards

It is hard for me to belive that I am even thinking about Christmas at the beginning of September! I have taken a look at the remainder of the 2008 calendar and have come up with dates that I have available for Holiday sessions. Please note that I will be making room in my schedule for other sessions as they come up, but these will be strictly for Holiday shoots/card orders. This is all in an effort to make sure that you get your cards back in time to send them out to your friends and family. You will have the option to do an outdoor shoot or studio style session (hoping to have that available with in the next month). The final date to place a Christmas Card order will be November 20, 2008.

Here are two examples of cards I will be offering. This is only a couple of the over 15 designs I will have to choose from. I can assure you that they are ALL adorable! They are press printed and you will have options for flat 5x7, folded 5x7 or 5x5 tri-fold cards. The images above show the front and back of each card. These are examples of the 5x7 flat card, envelopes will be included!

The Holiday dates are as follows:
Saturday, October 25
Sunday, October 26
Saturday, November 1
Sunday, November 2
Saturday, November 15
Sunday, November 16

Making Memories

I have been meaning to edit this 4th of July shoot with my nieces for awhile now, but have just been super busy lately. I just love this photo of the four girls...Megan (4), Macey (2), Aubrey (1) and Natalie (3). I think this one is a timeless classic that they will look back on for years to come. Even though they probably will not remember us even taking this picture, it will take them back to fond memories of the lakehouse that their Grandfather and their Great Grandfather built together. We are so lucky to have this place of rest and relaxation on Lake Sinclair in Milledgeville. I only wish we could visit there more often.

Happy 4th of July!

So, the 4th of July has come and gone once again. Can you belive summer is already half way over? We went to the lakehouse (Lake Sinclair) and spent some time with the McKneely's. My Dad and siblings were able to join us for a day, as well. We had fun and celebrated the 4th by shooting off fireworks and cooking out. Here is a photo of Aubrey in her 4th garb. I especially love the excitement she shows in this photo. Not sure what got her so riled up, but I love it when she is like this...cracks me up. Sure was not the fireworks that got her so excited...she slept through the entire show!
