Smith Family Sneak Peek!

This is really just a mean trick only posting one photo from a session! I had to go ahead and post at least one peek for the Smith's. These are just the most adorable brother/sister pair, with their blonde hair and blue eyes. I was in love at first sight! I promise to add more later this week, but for now, here are adorable Mary Thomas (3) and Miles (16 mos).

Sarah Claire ~ Sneak Peek!

Thank goodness the rain held out for us! We were against the clock, but I think we won! Sarah Claire is such a doll in front of the camera. I always look forward to the fun we have at our shoots. Hope you love your photos, Carswell's!

Preston ~ Sneak Peek

Preston just turned two on Friday! I know this day well as it is the day after Aubrey was born. Alexa, Preston's Mommy, and I were due on the same day and went to the hospital the same day, but Preston decided that he wanted his own Birthday and came a day later. He has grown so much over the past few months and I was thrilled to spend some time with him today. Preston can quickly steal the heart of any girl, any age. He certainly won me over, and I think I may have just won him over too! Alexa and Bruce, I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

A Growing Family

Family is such an important thing in our lives. We are blessed to have such a large family and ours just continues to grow. Aubrey was able to meet her baby cousin Ryder for the first time this week and he also got to see baby Makenzi on Saturday. She was thrilled and is just mesmerized by babies, but only for a minute. As usual, she becomes her bossy self and tries to tell them what to do...like they really understand! Another funny thing she ALWAYS does is try to give them their paci.

With all of this being said, we should have an interesting time in about 6.5 weeks when her baby sister gets here! We are getting ready for the arrival of Addison by are organizing her nursery and unpacking baby items. Aubrey is so confused because she sees shoes that look like hers and tries to put them on. When they don't fit, she gets sooo frustrated!

My nephew...Ryder Russell!

My first nephew made his debut on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at 2:08 am. I had the pleasure of being by my sister's side as she gave birth to this beautiful little guy. I was so impressed with her handling the birth. She was a champ as she pushed for just under an hour to bring Ryder into this world. I am sure she will be a wonderful Mother to little Ryder! Devin, I hope you love your birth photos...this brings me to tears each time I watch it!

Big Girl Bed!

We made the transition to the twin bed last night...it was scary, I will admit. But, she did great the first night and slept till I went in to wake her. When I went in, she was sprawled out diagonally with her hands behing her head...sound asleep. My baby is officially a Big Girl! Tonight was the second night and she was so sleepy, she went down at 7:15ish after dinner and books....and of course, the pacis. I will keep everyone updated on how the progress of the twin bed goes. Wish us luck!

House Update!!!! Quinn...this is for you!

I am not sure who follows my blog. I know my clients check it out for sneak peeks, but not sure about the rest of the world. If you are out there...post a comment. I would love to know who reads!

With that being said....My cousin Quinn asked for an update on the house now that we are moved in. I took several pics tonight of the inside. We have tons of work to do, but we are definately coming along! We even got a new roof today. Sorry, no pics of that.

29 weeks ~ Addison

I turned 29 weeks with Addison on Thursday, my 29th Birthday! We are so excited to meet this little lady in only 9 weeks!! I have not done a great job of getting the nursery ready since we have had so much going on, but I plan to work on that tomorrow. Meanwhile, here is a photo of my belly at 29 weeks :)

The Goddard Family

What a beautiful Saturday for a photo session! Nolan was my little cowboy this morning as he wanted to show off on his tractor. He is all boy and loves to play outside...especially riding the tractor, so Mom (Ida) wanted to capture this time of his childhood. We also were able to get shots of the whole "family", so Aunt Samantha "smamay" and Uncle Gabe...aka Bear joined us, along with Nana! This is such a close knit family and it was a joy to take your photos. I hope you guys like these...there will be many more to come on your gallery!
